Inspired by Justice Ginsburg’s legacy of advancing gender equality, 
The Genesis Prize Foundation awarded $1 million–matched by 
philanthropist Morris Kahn–to 50 organizations representing 
Jewish, Arab Israeli, Druze, and Bedouin women in Israel, and 
Jewish women in the United States. These organizations work 
to create socio-economic opportunities for women, empower 
women to resist violence, encourage female students to study 
STEM subjects, and educate women from minority groups about 
their rights.
